AppsAnywhere recommend that customers contact Support before changing any part of the AppsAnywhere infrastructure. This includes Cloudpaging and Parallels RAS.
A member of the AppsAnywhere team will be able to assist to ensure there is little to no interruption to service. Failure to contact us in advance may result in service downtime.

- The changes you need to make.
- When you would like to schedule the changes.
- Confirmation of AppsAnywhere access to your servers for re-configuration.

Conclusion
In order to keep downtime for end-users to a minimum we encourage customers to prepare all certificates, firewall rules, remote access and network settings prior to the change window.
